It's All Fun and Games Until Someone Breaks a Nail

Wanted to try the Monarch wing design again, only this time I did it in blue.

The base blue is Sinful Colors Fly Away, but I don’t remember the shimmery one or the highlights.  Sorry. 

Revlon Siren, Sinful Colors Cloud 9, China Glaze Peachy Keen, WetnWild Black Creme, White Striper.

I saw this design on someone’s blog a while back, but I can’t for the life of me remember which one.
